Come out to learn all about fermented foods. Maybe you've heard of kombucha, but did you know that there are many other foods and beverages you can safely and easily ferment at home to increase the probiotics in your diet without purchasing expensive supplements?
In this workshop you will learn all about kefir, countertop yogurt, tepache, sourdough bread, sauerkraut, and natto. You will leave understanding the importance of probiotic rich foods for their role in gut and brain health, immune system regulation, weight loss, and so much more!
You will have a chance to sample these foods and leave with instructions to make your own water kefir, milk kefir, coconut kefir, tepache, sauerkraut, and countertop yogurt.
