Join us at Newmarket Public Library Picture Book Area to meet author Nancy Cooper, who will take you on a reading adventure as she shares her book Biindigen! Says Welcome. This tribute to the beaver celebrates Indigenous perspectives, languages, and diversity with the perfect blend of fact and fun. It promotes mutual respect for nature and teaches how to accept differences amongst one another. Also, enjoy special nature-related activities too.
