Join local illustrator and artist Hyesoo Kim for an afternoon of fun crafting paper lanterns!

This hands-on workshop invites kids ages 6 years or older to create and decorate their own paper lanterns to take home, while learning about the cultural tradition of lanterns and the Mid-Autumn Festival. This workshop also celebrates the release of Faye’s Lanterns, Hyesoo’s debut picture book.

No purchase is necessary, but signed copies will be available to purchase. Drop by the library to enjoy a festive craft time and let your kids’ creativity shine bright!
