Meet Mahta Gharaei, a National Champion and multi-time international medalist as a National Team athlete with Karate Canada (2017-2025), and a social impact leader who uses sports, education, and lived experience to empower youth across Canada. Join her for an inspiring 40-minute animated workshop that builds participants' confidence, leadership, and goal-setting skills. Through storytelling and her “10 Golden Rules of Champion Minds,” Mahta empowers youth—especially girls, newcomers, and racialized students—to believe in themselves and stay motivated in school, sport, and life.
